Lacey attended school in east London and although not an academic student, she excelled at sport, playing netball for London in regional competitions. After winning
countless awards she decided to quit at the top of her game.
Lacey was always very popular in school and was known among her friends as 'the fit one' so at her friend's suggestion, she had professional photographs taken and decided
to pursue a modelling career. The pictures were sent to a modelling agency, and in 2010 she was offered a job with the Daily Sport.
